NSE induct 556 new engineers from LAUTECH

 


‎Not fewer than 556 new engineering graduates of the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology ( LAUTECH), Ogbomoso, were inducted into the profession of Engineering this morning.

‎At an event jointly organised by the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, President of the NSE, Engr. Ali Alimasuya Rabiu, urged the new inductees to focus on what they could contribute to make the  Nigerian society a better place.

‎Represented by Chairman of the Pioneer (Ibadan) Branch of the NSE, Engr. Ayokunu Olukunmi Ojedele, the President congratulated the newly admitted professionals and admonished them to remain good ambassadors of the NSE.

‎Vice Chancellor of the University, Professor Razaq Olatunde Rom Kalilu, noted that great efforts  of respected Nigerians have gone into the training of the inductees.

‎He urged them to continue to think of their parents' investment and the labor of their lecturers in working towards becoming quality professionals at all times.

‎Represented by the University's Deputy Vice Chancellor ( Academic and Innovations), Professor Dahud Olurotimi Araromi, the Vice Chancellor said LAUTECH is determined to remain the best Engineering school in the country.
